Firstly, here is a link to the photos T and I took in Bermuda on a week long scooter adventure in the middle of the Atlantic. We resolved to only visit islands for the near future.
Secondly, the garden is sprouting with a purpose! We have done a lot of work planting and rearranging things to make the little ones happy, and are harvesting peas, collard, green onion, jasmine, herbs, and nasturtium. My inside orchids are doing well too, one is blooming after a long year of waiting!
Thirdly, I have a few sewing projects I've been mostly looking longingly at but that are on their way more than not. The photo near the bottom is the front of what will probably be another blanket. It's been nearly a year since I've done any quilting and I want to try new techniques like 3-dimensional stuffing. T and I are also brainstorming a project to create a map quilt of California, but with an outdated map from original colonization and drawing of boundaries. It will be historically accurate, but probably geographically wrong. I'll post a photo of the beautiful fabric he picked out soon.
The last photo is a Georgie O'Keeffe that just came in the mail which hangs above my desk.
